Make the comprehensive research and analysis. This study found, Volunteers with devout religious beliefs is the valuable human resources of religious. Da Sing Shan Monastery attracted many volunteers to devote. Active participation of volunteers is highly recognized for the Da Sing Shan Monastery. The abbot of Tungluo Jiouhushan Da Sing Shan Monastery has great wisdom and concept of sustainable, make effective use of Da Sing Shan Monastery’s resources and volunteers. Developed the unique culture in Tungluo Jiouhushan Da Sing Shan Monastery.
