"Outlaws of the Marsh " not only writes the heroism of greenwood, but also show us each stratum of generation pursue the meaning of dietetic in Song, and presents the contemporary dietetic cultural art. This text aim recounts for the frame from the dietetic of"Outlaws of the Marsh " and discusses and analyses to include directions, such as food, wine culture and tea cultural...etc. in the book, delineates the Song dynasty dietetic activity, dietetic place and dietetic 's meaning for life and reflects the appearance of Song dynasty food cultural display. "Outlaws of the Marsh " gets material Song matter, in the text describe in detail dietetic condition, make life and dietetic culture close link, inspire the abundant life meaning. This thesis take" Dietetic Culture in Song Dynasty as Reflected in Outlaws of the Marsh", chapter 1 explains motive and purpose of research, inquire into the collection and research status , alternative version and research method, generalize the research process of this thesis. Chapter 2 sets out from"the food is god to the people" point of view, discuss an enriching of influence, food content of the stratum food structure, related food system of "Outlaws of the Marsh " , in many ways intertexture fusion of the detail special feature for presenting. Chapter 3 and chapter 4 difference goes deep into the discussion and analysis to "Outlaws of the Marsh " medium wine culture and tea culture and analyzes the relation of Song generation wine industry, tea shop and city well people from the usual tea、wine、food distinguishing feature.
