This study is going to analyze and investigate electronic invoicing policy (B2B, B2G, B2C) obstacles and difficulties arising and summarize the various aspects of the impact , such as the Ministry of Finance integrates electronic ticket platform functionality , consumer habits, and then make recommendations to look at government efforts to promote and corrections , the electronic invoice policy can achieve is to reduce the use of paper make a contribution to reduce carbon emissions , but also for enterprises to increase the efficiency and international competitiveness, and to allow people to enjoy because E environment to the establishment and enjoy the convenience of intelligent life.
