The study to investigate the teaching willingness of elementary school teachers in using network resources by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). First to analyze the teaching willingness difference and significance of the different personal backgrounds teachers in using network resources by SPSS statistical software , then to analyze the five dimensions correlation between the teachers' information literacy, the perceived convenience, the perceived efficiency, the manner and the willingness of use by Pearson Correlation Coefficient . The results were as follows: (1) Sex on the teachers' information literacy and the perceived convenience have significant differences, and the male more than female. (2) The various positions on the manner of use have significant differences . (3) The five dimensions correlation between the teachers' information literacy, the perceived convenience, the perceived efficiency, the manner and the willingness of use between were tested is middle-high positively correlated all.
