Today a growing problem of personal data leakage, protection of personal data is therefore subject to a high degree of attention. In response to Personal Data Protection implementation, arts groups often outside exhibitors, members and meal and for collecting the personal information, processing and utilization, is one of the important aspects of daily operations, personal data Protection Act are followed, became arts groups are required to actively seek solutions to meet a capital law requires. In this study, a common workflow of art groups to explore how to proceed with the implementation of a capital security risk management. First, sign up to the job as an instance of exhibitors conducted a capital risk evaluation, analysis of key risks in a security of capital and make the organization run exhibitor registration job, recommended a funding safety risk management in order to provide relevant information and executives management decision-making reference, and then continue to improve personal information security protection in arts group.
