However, the level of impact of information technology is comprehensive , encompassing social, economic, business, personal , and so on all aspects of all the activities . For the four information technology should be developed before the national information technology policy direction is also gradually moving towards the construction of electronic and information technology applications in various industries facing . However, the scope of the impact of information technology is global, deep into every country , every region , it can also cause considerable impact on the international community , and thus touched a new trend of international exchange and development of information technology . Advanced countries in the world of information technology in the process, actively strengthen national information and communications infrastructure, information technology research and development to increase funding to cultivate IT talents to Houzhi national scientific and technological strength ; while governments promoted " electronic government " "Network of the city" and " e-commerce systems " and other measures are also in order to maintain long-term competitive advantage of nations to cope with the pressure of global competition . In addition, the development of information technology , not only caused social changes affecting national competitiveness , but also bring " information warfare " which appeared a new type of war , the national information security management has become an important issue. From a historical point of view , changing human behavior and social patterns has a close relationship , from a traditional agricultural society to an industrial society progress , to the current information society , countries compete to innovative technology to change the traditional implementation, in order to improve the execution and enhance the country's overall productivity and global competitiveness. The military is not only a national army , its decision-making unit - Department of Defense under the executive branch of government , so the military authorities in the ever-changing torrent of how the impact of technology , taking into account the needs of people using mobile devices , and to promote appropriate information security policies ensure that military alert data security is the main direction of the research to be explored ; of energy through effective questionnaire and factor analysis to identify the factors that hinder the introduction of mobile devices , thus attainable and effective solutions .
