This study adopted action research, the researcher also as the instructor , Shezi Island community resources to the geographical environment, wetland ecology, cultural landscape, the old house and the settlement is in the range, and life experiences of young children melt into one, into the children's homeland teaching activities, the researcher explores the children's learning results. The result of study shows : 1.The geographical environment ,natural ecology, human settlements and ruins, folk beliefs and historical buildings can be used as the basis for a rich and diverse teaching resources and lesson plan. 2.Curriculum development and situations analysis should be carried out in Preschool Homeland teaching activities. Unit Design is based on the social structure, natural ecology and human art as schema. Course objectives are holistic education and promoting children physically and mentally development. 3.After the implementation of homeland education, Children can enhance the cognition and understanding of Shezi Island geography, natural and humanism, accelerate children's concern about homeland and develop their creative skills. 4 Teachers use group discussion, information technology, drawing picture books, visiting experience, dressing up games and other diverse teaching strategies can enhance the effectiveness of teaching. 5.The Implementation of homeland teaching in preschool should be combined with local community resources, can enrich the lives of children, learning experiences and growing up,also develop and shape healthy personality of children.
