Academia has this discussion that says” three years old of life decide the whole life”, the foundation of character and morality of children is built in the childhood. There are also some courses about children potential development in this academia, all of that shows preschool education is an important period for shaping future life, and is also critical period for shaping personality of children. During this period, if children could touch correct teaching method and carry it out, there will be a great influence on building children personality in the future. Now that personality education is so important for children, direct educator would take a very important part on this place. For teacher, they will touch Jing Si Aphorism Teaching first and directly. What influence on teacher is the reason that researcher want to apply this study to explore.
Researcher has contacted with Jing Si Aphorism Teaching for many years, and also has many experience of teaching in preschool. The research method of this study is that researcher makes an analysis of theory for preschool education, character education and Jing Si Aphorism Teaching, then applies Quantitative Research in the way of questionnaire to discuss the influence and feelings of teachers who carry out Jing Si Aphorism Teaching. The template chooses from preschool teachers, the teaching place is on the Taipei, and teachers are carrying out Jing Si Aphorism Teaching. There are 12 administrative divisions in Taipei. Each division chooses two teachers who carrying out Jing Si Aphorism Teaching as chief source. 24 preschool teachers in total adopt methods of Q technology and practical interviewing to acquire the experience of Jing Si Aphorism Teaching, so as to probe the extent of the Quite Thinking Word impact of teaching.
In the whole process of researching, through the testing and interviewing for teachers who carrying out Jing-Si Aphorism, we know that as infant period is the best opportunity of building personality, so it will get half the work with double results of carrying out personality education in this period. The obvious influence on children character
education by carrying out Jing-Si Aphorism Teaching, tester has verified its great
change for teachers of preschool in his interview. Because teachers internalize Jing-Si Aphorism into heart, so they are more open-mined in self-examination and opinion for
things.
Finally, based on the result of research mentioned on above, researchers come up with
some suggestions in teaching and more in-depth study in the future.
