Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 102 === Lean Six Sigma(LSS) takes the advantages of process improvement to promote the process reengineering ability. In this way, companies can reach operation vision and goal by improving the quality of their products, reducing variation and saving costs.
This article will discuss the process reengineering with Lean Six Sigma in project execution of improvement of traffic control system engineering. Firstly it will respectively discuss the project cases, and then successively probe into the process reengineering in different time intervals. This research chiefly aims at the devices used in LSS, and it will combine forms in special cases to control and manage the process. The research will also go with tools like analysis chart of force field, etc. that are used in common quality improvement process, and reduce unmatched process operation to simplify the process and improve the efficiency.
The result shows that before the application of the Lean Six Sigma, the preposition work and reworking waste too much time. After a discussion with the special task force, the project’s process is analyzed and improved with the help of time table, attribute table of the equipment and analysis chart of force field, and so on. The improvement of self-installation of the equipment, adjustment, acceptance check and warranty in reworking process is helpful to improve the operation efficiency and fortify the customers’ trust for the company, thus to enhance the competitiveness of the company.
