The conjugated linoleic acid is one of a host of health benefits products. However, their ability to generate different conjugated linoleic acids is uncertain. In this study, we selected two strains of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus fermentum Fy-003 and Enterococcus faecalis Fy-004 performing conjugated linoleic acids generation capacity from the intestine of newborns. We used sunflower oil supplement for analysis conducted in conjugated linoleic acid generation and found that the producing ability that great potential. Fy-003 produced trans-9, trans-11 isomer 146.46 ppm and Fy-004 produced trans-10, cis-12 isomer 130.27 ppm.
