Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 餐旅管理學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === In this study, tourism motivation, family vocation decision-making and conflict resolution mode were adopted as the variables to explore the relationships between motivation of adolescent involved in family vacation and family purchasing decision-making, and family conflict resolution mode was a moderator. Motivation includes escape and seeking, two conflict resolution dimensions are problem-solving and politicking, and travel-related decisions as consisting of three stages, initiation, search and decision. A convenience sample of four private vocational high schools was selected. Totally 660 copies of questionnaires were distributed and 571 valid copies were retrieved with the retrieval rate of 86.5%. This study reveals the following results: problem-solving can strengthen moderate the relationship between seeking motives and search stage; politicking can attenuate moderate the relationship between seeking motives and search stage; and problem-solving can strengthen moderate the relationship between seeking motives and decision stage.
