Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 科技管理學程碩士在職專班 === 102 === Recently, under the fairly high rate of chronic unemployment in Taiwan especially in information fields, the critical factor which affects employees to get a job turns into certification competency instead of degree of education. Thus many people attend international certificate courses to strengthen competitiveness for getting more chance in the job field. However, how to design the suitable courses based on the demands of information employees in transition becomes more and more important to the domestic institutions of information supplementary education for international certificate. Therefore, the aim of the research is to find the factors and weighting for Curse Design of Information supplementary Education. The study focused on the competences of information employment in Taiwan and got data from twenty internal experts with questionnaire. Besides, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) was used to find out the relationships among certifications and information employments and Analytic Network Process (ANP) was also utilized to evaluate the weighting of courses on various information employments. The results showed that in order to design applicable courses the information certification classes for system development, system management, information management, information security and Network Administration were all important and necessary. Besides, In every course, the weighting on various information employments was different. Computer system analyst was prior, computer programmer was minor and Computer Maintenance Engineer was last.
