Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between perceived coaches’ leadership behavior and team cohesion of youth base ball players. The questionnaire used in this study was Leadership Scale Sport (LSS) and Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ). The data were analyzed by using Descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, and the results indicated that (1)Leader ship behaviors of the coaches and Team cohesion that have been recognized by these base ball players include training and instructional, support behavior, positive feedback, democratic behavior, and autocratic behavior. Different training frequency has significant effect in autocratic behavior and the team cohesion. (2)Social cohesion is being connected with training and instructional, support behavior and positive feedback. Support behavior and autocratic behavior indicated variable in social cohesion.
