Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of the research aims to understand the parental Satisfaction and expectation about their children’s participation in after school soccer clubs and to analyze the variances of different parental backgrounds which might affect its results as well. Samples are taken from the parents whose children have joined in the after school soccer clubs. The children had attended the 2013 soccer championship for elementary and high schools in New Taipei City. They also took parts in 2014 national soccer tournament in Taipei Area, held by Taiwan Youth League (TYL). The data are collected by questionnaire. It includes two parts. One is about the parental Satisfaction for their children’s participation in after school soccer clubs. The other is their expectations about the clubs.
Data are examined through descriptive statistics, independent -samples t-test and one-way ANOVA. There are some significant findings:
1.Parental Satisfaction about their children’s participation in after school soccer clubs reach to satisfactory level. The students’ performance is satisfied in particular.
2.Parental expectations about their children’s participation in the club reach to important level. The students’ performance is the most desirable in particular.
3.Different period of playing soccer reach a significant level among parental Satisfaction.
4.The information for registering for the club reaches to a significant level among parental Satisfaction.
5.Different time lengths of playing soccer reach to a significant level among parental expectations.
