"Twelve-year national basic education" has been implemented in 2014. In past studies, they lacked a study of the related factors of the dropout behavior of vocational students. Therefore, this study will discuss the dropout behavior of the students of private vocational high schools to identify which students will tend to drop out of school, providing information available to educational institutions for immediate counseling. The purposes of this study are: (1) analysis of the personal background and current status for vocational students, (2) understanding the categories and the reasons for halfway leaving school of vocational students, (3) analyses of vocational students' family factors, school factors, social factors and self-efficacy situations, (4) exploring vocational students to continue their education or halfway leaving school, the differences in circumstances in family factors, school factors, society factors, and self-efficacy, and (5) analysis of the related factors that influence the dropout behavior of vocational students. The results of this study are: (1) the main reason of vocational students’ halfway leaving school is "Interest does not comply" followed by "scores of behavior performance", (2) the most significant related factors affecting the dropout behavior of vocational students are the "school factors" facets and "self-efficacy" facets, (3) "School factors facets" have more predictive power than the family factors facets, social factors facets, self-efficacy for vocational students to continue going to school, and has a significant positive correlation, and (4) The highest related factor affecting the dropout behavior of vocational students is school factor (peer influence).
