This study focuses on cloud security solutions, and to be studied by the performance model between the technical team of Vendor of cloud information security and the information security personnel of enterprise. Moreover, the studies intends to build the basic framework by team characteristics, team interaction and the ability of cloud support, which will exploring the impact of team support and team performance. The results of this research as in the following two points: 1.Respondents would choose the cloud security solutions in the future , there are 67.86% will choose anti-virus, the 62.5% will choose e-mail filtering, the third is the vulnerability scanning 55.4%, the fourth is the Web filtering, and fifth is the host-based firewall. In the cloud information security solution, companies wish Vendor to provide the service of technical support in the cloud information security solutions, there are 69.64% of corporate respondents wants cloud service vendors can provide real-time security event analysis, the 62.5% want vendors to provide remote troubleshooting. 2.About the cloud information security technical support team performance model of the study, the team characteristics and cloud support ability have a positive effect on the framework of team support, and therefore affect team performance. From that the perspective the biggest advantage of cloud support is that the technical support can through the Service Portal, Knowledge Base website and immediate window, and so on, which for enterprises is immediately acceptable, therefore, the ability of the cloud support have a considerable impact for team support, and the fast support capabilities, will ensure the maintenance of information security facilities, which will improve team performance.
