However a business, no innovation, and in real life, has been in the past to create the original vision, thinking, then the market can not survive, In response to the increasingly competitive global situation, consumer demand ... and other factors, and may be facing bankruptcy crisis, whether there are creative actions, for an enterprise is very important. Most academic studies Discussion on innovation activities, mostly geared towards the new product development process,As scholars (Cooper, 2012) of the proposed new product development process seven stages: 1.Proposal Phase 2. Planning Phase 3.Design Phase 4.Lab. Pilot Run Phase5.Engineering Pilot Run Phase6.Production Pilot Run Phase7.Mass Production Phase. And have less regard for the concept of the innovation process pondering.Expect results of this study to increase the integrity of the concept of research-based innovation process.In practice, an external consultant in the implementation of enterprise innovation casework counseling, and guide enterprises with output value of the concept of innovation cases.When an external consultant face different business types, making the concept of innovation processes encountered technical and non-technical issues, how to play their role to solve the problem, is rare in the industry to achieve its specific. This study focused on large enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises at different stages of the concept of the innovation process, companies faced with differences in style and different types of problems and the role of external consultants.In this study, a case study approach was usd to analyze the two Enterprises, It is divided into five stages of the concept innovation process,Six cases were analyzed and compared for the footwear and rubber industry.The research results show that in the Define stage, in which problem with the large enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises is same to face the problem of Creative Thinking bottlenecksin the Innovative Case;External consultants should be taught to play the role to slove that problem. In the analysis stage, in which problem with the large enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises is same to face the problem of Communication and coordination problems in the Innovative Case;External consultants should play the role of coordinator.In the development stage,The large enterprises will be to face theCommunication and coordination problems in the Innovative Case;External consultants should play the role of coordinator.
