The study is based on in-depth interviews, data collection from school founders, senior teachers and parents taking parts during the early stage, and supplemented by other relevant secondary proof data. The results are as follows: 1. Initial Purpose and Strategy for Founding School a) Founding Purpose: The motivation force for founding Renoir is quite simple. Take children as the subject of education, and let children learn to become active from passive. b) Founding Strategy: In the early stage of Renoir, to find educators and parents having same opinion and thinking become a major task. 2. Operation Strategy, Execution Context and Route a) Operation Strategy: Renoir insists that school kids are education core, building space should consider children learning environment as a center hub. The school teacher profession as well as family parent consultation should keep on continuous growing. b) Execution Context: The execution context includes how to create school financial resources, how to educate family parents and student kids, how to nourish school teachers, and how to allocate student niche market. c) Execution Route: The execution route can be divided into early entrance period, follow-up with re-cycle fitting process, and then arrive to a steady-state operation stage. 3. School Operation Result and Outcome The founding of Renoir has been 10 years since her early birth in 2002. The school operation result and outcome has been reviewed and can be summarized in six points: a) Children beauty education has promoted a lot. b) Children brave more to explore new things. c) Children like to go to school and love to learn. d) Children can bring their potential skill and talent into fully play. e) The interaction between families and school has been improved significantly. f) More and more professors and students from colleges/universities have come to visit Renoir, and her good name has been propagated though out Taiwan and aboard such as China, Singapore and Germany.
