Ended in August, 2013, there are 14,939,081 motorcycles using fuel in Taiwan. However, series of negative effects arising from the fuel motorcycle such as energy consumption, resource shortages, environmental pollution, global warming, etc. This study will adopt the viewpoints of Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (SCSR) proposed by Porter to explore how enterprises will combine social responsibility with business strategy to fulfill their social responsibility and create their profits in the meanwhile. The enterprises will not only create their own competitive advantage but have a positive effect for the community and gain the commendation from the majority. It will be an inevitable trend to combine corporate business strategy with social responsibility in the future. This study concludes that SCSR do rise the competitive advantage and profits for the enterprises and improve the air quality in the meanwhile after depth interviews. It also can make the enterprises who only pursue benefits rethink and provide a new choice for the enterprises who would like to contribute to the community.
