Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 企業管理學系管理學碩士班 === 102 === The customer value has been more and more important. It is not good idea for just minimize project cost. It is necessary that project manager increase resource constrained for making project time earlier. But it must cost more through investing more resources. In other word, it is possible that resource constrained would be adjusted. So that It is important for considering the trade-off between cost and project time in the resource constrained project scheduling problem. How to do a balance between them is a hard issue.
In the period research, Minimizing project cost or minimizing project time are general issues. And the connection is almost positive between cost and project time. So this research considered adjusted resource constrained and variable resource constrained simultaneously for more practical. The weighted approach usually be used on getting solutions of multi-objective. But pareto solution set is more flexible. So it would be the approach to indicate solutions in this research. Tabu Search Algorithm usually can do a good performance in resource constrained project scheduling problem, and ACTIM also can be good in minimizing project time. So they had been combined as the solution approach in this research.
Finally, This research had generated test instances with PSPLIB. And a test has been executed. There was a comparison between ACTIM and this research’s approach. Experimental results revealed the more efficiency of the proposed algorithm in this research for solving the problem.
