The independent variable is SSU campus journalists corresponding backgrounds and the dependent variable is volunteering satisfaction. 213 volunteered SSU campus journalists serving major collegiate tournaments were involved into this study and the number of effective questionnaire is 190. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistic, t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation are major statistical methods for processing data. The results indicated that most SSU campus journalists are female junior and senior students, which between 20 and 24. SSU campus journalists present highest satisfaction on self-respect and growing, and the lowest satisfaction on welfare and care. Except for the gender, campus journalists from different classes and serving districts present significant satisfaction levels on self-respect and growing and welfare and care. Campus journalists with different education backgrounds significantly difference in organizational climate. Additionally, campus journalists from different classes significantly present different satisfaction level on overall satisfaction. Regarding to correlation analysis, the service characteristics of SSU campus journalists are significantly positive correlated with volunteering satisfaction. The findings are valuable for both future studies and Chinese Taipei University Sport Federation in order to improve the volunteer experience in collegiate sport tournaments.
