This article would like to prove national intellectual capital having effect on multinational business investment and assisting government to grasp key intellectual capital indicators attracting foreign investment. In this paper, the research method is based on national intellectual theory. There are four dimensions and five indicators to be contended with. My data source, which acquired from the World Competitiveness Yearbook and online World databank, are Panel Data Model which includes 46 sample countries in total from 1999 to 2009. Findings of my thesis: The relation between National intellectual capital and foreign direct investments are significantly positive.
