Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 公共衛生學系碩士班 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the outbound tourists’ knowledge, attitude and prevention behaviors of travel health, and their use of travel health information pipeline provided in Taiwan. The study was a cross-sectional design and a self-structured questionnaire. In total, 500 outbound tourists whose in the Taiwan Taoyuan Airport were collected (response rate 82 %). The results of its analysis are as following: 1.The average of the correct rate on travel health knowledge of outbound tourists is 89.3%, which showed that people had good understanding of travel health knowledge. Those aged between 30 - 39 years and 40 - 49 years and those who had higher educational backgrounds, occupational levels and socioeconomic status and who knew about travel health information pipeline scored better in travel health knowledge. 2.The entire attitude of outbound tourists toward travel health was positive (52.3 points on average), and those aged between 30 - 39 years and 50 - 59 years and those who had higher occupational levels and socioeconomic status, traveled with companions, went abroad four times or more, demanded travel health information and knew about travel health information pipeline had better travel health attitudes. 3.The average score of outbound tourists on their prevention behavior toward travel health was 36.1 points(Scores 48 points), which showed that people had good prevention behaviors of travel health. They had higher scores in female, needs of travel health information, and knowing healthy pipeline of travel. 4.Traveller had a positive correlation among travel health knowledge, attitudes and prevention behaviors. Which means that more accurate understanding of the travel health leads to more positive attitudes, and more positive attitudes of the travel health leads to more prevention behaviors. 5.Those who demanded travel health information and knew about travel health information pipeline had better travel health knowledge, attitudes and prevention behavior. Approximately 22.9% to 47.8% of people knew about travel health information pipeline, among which, approximately 20.5% to 59.5% of them had used or often used the pipeline, which showed that the cognition of people traveling abroad of travel health information pipeline and their use of the pipeline were not satisfactory. There was a significant correlation between people who knew about or often used travel health information pipeline and their travel health knowledge, attitudes and prevention behaviors. The research suggests related units extensively propagandize travel health knowledge and information pipeline in communities with related media and channels to improve people’s travel health knowledge and strengthen their positive attitudes and prevention behaviors toward travel health based on their demand.
