Description
Summary:碩士 === 和春技術學院 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 102 === The power of common fuel motorbike is generated by igniting the mixed gasoline and air in combustion chamber which is low efficiency and its emission waste is one of the major sources in greenhouse effect. Based on the above, electric motorbike will be the major option for future trend and solution, especially the contributions to energy saving and carbon waste reduction in the era of high carbon taxes. Nowadays, the major trend in electric motorbike is concentrated on power control in Taiwan, and very few is on communication and instrument design, even rarely in on controller area network (CAN) for warning at safety communication. The common fuel motorbike is controlled by the engine when started by the starting motor, while, the communication control of electric motorbike is operated by communication and coordination between major control components. To implement CAN to electric motorbike for optimal control, timing and related control components must be coordinated. In this thesis, CAN is considered as major role for operation control of electric motorbike which is still lack of effort in electric motorbike at this stage. CAN is operated via MCU with communication protocol to perform transmitting and receiving actions, and specifies I/O or instrumental display to complete the operation of communication control. The CAN will be the major role of communication of electric motorbike operation. In this thesis, The CAN is built in a small control box which is connected to internal major control equipment and structure as an integrated system. To obtain optimal communication control and effectiveness on electric motorbike via CAN are investigated.
