Schools try their best to encourage students to participate to service activities. Through the volunteer services, students can experiences how valuable is when helping people. After students enter the community, they will be able to expertise and proactive to help disadvantaged groups to serve the community. This study is to investigate the influence of volunteer service-learning on learning effects. A questionnaire survey has been applied for students of Far East University. Use stratified random sampling method to survey sampling, by correlation analysis, regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical methods. Explore the motivation of volunteer and the modus of volunteer is it a significant impact on the effectiveness of learning or not, the volunteers motivation versus the volunteer modus is a significant impact or not, and the effect of volunteers modus versus the relationship between volunteer motivation and learning effectiveness. Results show that (1) The volunteer motivation for students participate volunteers that the learning effect has a significant positive effect. (2) the volunteer motivation for students participate volunteers that the modus of volunteers has a significant positive effect. (3) The volunteer modus for students participate volunteers that the learning effectiveness has a significant positive effect. (4) The volunteer modus of variables disturbance, the volunteer motivation of volunteer students have a significant impact on the learning effect. The results of this study can be a reference that the service courses of university units.
