However, this way to grow plants causes some problems. First, in different growing stage, the requirement of light is different. If we provide too much light with plants, the excessive light will turn into heat which makes plants ill, and it waste energy, also. Second, by adding fertilizer into water, plants can quickly obtain vital nutrition. However, it may make germs easily live in water and plants have some nitrate metabolites problems. This thesis design an energy regulator for growing plants, which can separately control the artificial light, ultrasonic nebulizer, fan, and so on. For example, by adjusting the light source in mechanism of the uniform-light, it only cost 39.0 W at 1000 Lux, 76.7 W at 2000 Lux, 98.8 W at 3000 Lux. By dimming the artificial light according to the growing stage, it can sharply decrease the bill. This thesis also replaces hydroponic with aerosol farming, which can save about 88.33% of water in two months, compared to hydroponic.
