There are five kinds in this genus: E. japonica from Japan, Korea, China and west Taiwan; E. hepuensis distributed in Guangxi of mainland China; The largest size E. sinensis, native to northeastern China, due to human introduction, resulting in southern China, Europe and North America reflected in its distribution; Eriocheir formosa distributed only in eastern Taiwan to Pingtung County. There were remaining some different opinions from morphology and molecular evidences in systematics of Eriocheir species. In recent years, due to the rapid development of molecular techniques, there are many molecular markers are widely used in molecular systematics and population genetic studies, the present study via published cDNA library from Chinese mitten crab to design set of primers for 12 nuclear genes. The results showed five genes successfully from Eriocheir formosa DNA samples to complete polymerase chain reaction and molecular sequencing, sequence alignment also display high accuracy. These five nuclear genes will be good choice as molecular markers good further use in molecular systematics and population genetics research. The graphical analysis from NCBI BLASTn also revealed exon / intron gene structure of three genes nuclear genes which provide useful information not available from other studies in the past. 王唯匡 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 52 zh-TW
