This thesis take local distributor as analyze sample which agent foreign brands, and use interview to visit 5 to 10 people with semi-structured talk about questions and answers methods . This thesis found out the local distributor entirely count on foreign brand’s resources and supports in the initial period, but at the later period the foreign brand’s resources and supports can’t fulfill the local distributor requirement or create the maximize benefits cause of different of region development 、culture 、languages、law、 social environment 、thought and concept、regional economy and foreign brand head quarter’s strategic development decisions. The confliction of foreign brand will increase while the local distributor operates longer and stronger.
