Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 102 === Globalization is rapidly reorganized the map of the world, however, the challenge of international market is quite complex and mutability。This thesis takes the interactive evolution between foreign brands and local distributor from resource dependency point of view to investigate the reason of interaction change. This thesis take local distributor as analyze sample which agent foreign brands, and use interview to visit 5 to 10 people with semi-structured talk about questions and answers methods . This thesis found out the local distributor entirely count on foreign brand’s resources and supports in the initial period, but at the later period the foreign brand’s resources and supports can’t fulfill the local distributor requirement or create the maximize benefits cause of different of region development 、culture 、languages、law、 social environment 、thought and concept、regional economy and foreign brand head quarter’s strategic development decisions. The confliction of foreign brand will increase while the local distributor operates longer and stronger. How to change the confliction relation to mutual cooperation、 trust and benefit partnership is a very importance result of this thesis.
