Domestic beauty industry has went from pharmaceutical manufacturing to beauty foundry and to service industry; emerging new competitors joining ,this has made Taiwan’s beauty market entered a tough competitive environment. As increase in income and technological growth, it’s a debatable question that how beauty industry now is able to create a sustainable business advantage and explore its special value. In this study, research direction is based on self- management business beauty SPA model and career transition strategies, through &;quot;founders’ concept &;quot;, &;quot; internal staff expectation,&;quot; &;quot;external customer expectation “, &;quot; industrial environment &;quot; and other factors, using SWOT method for cross-matching and concluding company’s business model as case study topic. Through this case study, conclusions of how company has been able to survive through competitive environment and able to sustain and create its own special value, factors are as list below: a).Improvement in the quality of human resources through education and training. b).Using the perspective as a professional school positively cooperating with industry-academic in order to foster domestic beauty professionals. c).Solid expansion of corporation, increase service quantity, multi- innovation thus meeting customer needs. d).Well established annual goals, benefit-based sharing, creating a win-win corporation culture. e).Create corporations’ competitiveness through brand establishing. f).Setting up standard operating procedures. g).Base &;quot; virtuosity &;quot; as the core , building customer confidence , employee’s achievement.
