Companies with quality communication used to achieve superior performance. This thesis to research A company’s inter-cooperation and conflict in perspective of organization, division and employee’s individual personality. The organization section may concern organization culture, organization structure design, leadership style and co-hension. Any of it all affects the employee’s behavior and communication model. The division highly influenced by “Not Invented Here Syndrome” and divisional homogenization, it reveal the competition of group and its fusion of people with similar characteristic. The individual element includes over-professional and employee personality. When an expert only focus on its devoted subject, somehow could blind to a simple question that far from its profession. And the personality directly affect effective communication, especially when it comes to personal and it’s in certain position.
