Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 資訊工程學系 === 102 === CNC machine tool manufactures in Taiwan has its unique industrial structure. Since most of the CNC machine tool manufactures in the Taichung area are small and medium enterprises, it is important to vertical integrate collaborative manufactures so that the production information of emergent order can be synchronized in real time, the customized parts can be managed via uniquely identification code, and reduce incorrect delivery of unidentified production parts with minor differences.
The lean management approach of Toyota Production System help enterprises to find the best solution to avoid product wastes. To effectively trace production progress and materials supply status, this thesis proposes to apply RFID technology in CNC machine tool manufacturing. With RFID technology, it can assist to manage the production procedure and visualize material tracking. Using systems of EPCglobal Architecture Framework, the collaborative subcontractor in the CNC machine tool manufacturer can integrate the supply chain information to precisely control materials and parts with electronic kanban. We expect the RFID technology can improve receiving and counting efficiency in warehouse operations and effective manage stocks of key parts to avoid the untracked problems by human errors.
