The new developed BSS-based regulator is the most popular voltage regulator used in automobile now. It has advantage of high reliability, easy extension and multiple control functions due to BSS communication between regulator and control system. A BSS-based voltage regulator is designed and implemented in this study. The hardware of this regulator consists of single chip micro-controller, current driver and power supplier.
