碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 國際貿易學系 === 102 === Greenhouse is a new way of cultivation, which has changed the agriculture industry of Taiwan when it started to use. In this research, the Greenhouse Industry is meaning the manufacturer of greenhouse. The agriculture product was not the final and only goods in the agriculture industry, when the coming of the knowledge economy generation. The skills and the Know How could be the goods as well. The aim of the study is to investigate the current status of Taiwanese Greenhouse Industry in the Turnkey Project Export, and using the case study as the main research method. With the literatures and the case study, discussing the Taiwanese Greenhouse Industry carry on the Turnkey Project Export, are going to apply some suggestions and strategies for the development of the Greenhouse Industry in the future. The study found that in greenhouse industry, the definition of the turnkey project is different from the general; second, the firms think the turnkey project is the normal trade and it&;#39;s flexible on setting the contract; third, although there are 40 greenhouse firms around, only few firms have the ability to establish high level greenhouses; fourth, firms does not have any marketing strategies, they only rely on good reputation from their original customers. In addition, Taiwanese greenhouse have not enough visibility in the international market, however, the firms have very different business way and strategies among them. Showing that the characteristic of the fragmented industries in the greenhouse industry.
