碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 國際經營管理碩士學位學程 === 102 === With the increase in globalization and international business opportunities businesses are looking for ways to capitalize and take advantage of international cooperation. Companies are well aware they can both minimize costs and increase profits by cooperating with other companies, outsourcing and hiring foreign nationals. The study examines plans, profitability and opportunities for Russian company to establish contract manufacturing of textile commodities in the territory of People’s Republic of China. The research is going to implement three different approaches to investigate constantly changing environment in the textile products market and working conditions in China a Russian enterprise may encounter during development its business operations. The two approaches are the following: PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. The findings of the research suggest that with thoroughly planned business operations, employed personnel with expertise in China’s laws and regulations and well-developed marketing activities a Russian company has high potential to be successful and profitable in building its business in the territory of People’s Republic of China.
