| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 財經法律研究所 === 102 === This paper introduces the origin and development of professional sports, as well as various special situations in professional sports. This paper discusses the general terms and specific terms in the contract signed by the team and the player, and explores affairs of professional players involved in the contract and the standardized contract signed by the NBA in a team contract. And also, there are some advices for the sport agent system , try to help and sports agent in Taiwan can set provided in the contract with the player&;#39;s trade. As for the specific terms in a standardized contract of professional players, the paper takes team transfer of professional players as an example, and raises different views and proposals based on the current situations between the NBA and CBA. There are numerous solutions for the disputes generated from the contract of the player, among which the common way adopted by standardized contract is to submit to arbitration. In the end, this paper explores the arbitration mode for sports between NBA and CBA, hoping to improve Taiwan’s professional sports system through learning from the sports laws and related cases in foreign countries.
