Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 財稅學系 === 102 === In this thesis, we reclassified and merged the city-county level data about sales of profit-seeking enterprises in Taiwan from Ministry of Finance. We then adopted dynamic panel model to explore the statistical causalities between industrial growth in each industry, unemployment rate and population migration between cities and counties. The result show that there exists significant dynamic relation between industrial growth and the unemployment rate. The unemployment rate statistically causes population migration but the reverse doesn’t hold. The growth of total sales also statistically causes population migration and the reverse doesn’t hold. However, we found that there exists statistically significant effect from the sales change of Finance, Insurance and Real Estate sector to population migration but siminalr effect does not exists in other sectors.
