When discussing the competency and soft skills, hard skills can be interpreted from the professional disciplines, Soft skills are often used to live and work, through listening, verbal communication, teamwork, problem solving and provide interpersonal trust and trust relations in various industries. Because of the problem of high turnover rate of pharmaceutical industry, employability is the key issue of pharmaceutical industry. Using human resource management strategy to solve the problems of high turnover rate is prevailing core elements for employability. Therefore, this study focused upon the relationship between the soft skills, competence and employability and their main and mediative effects. This empirical survey was conducted to and sampled from pharmaceutical marketing with 300 questionnaires answered, and 242 validly responded were analyzed. Such statistical analyses used as descriptives, factor analysis, reliability analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was employed to reveal the standardized measurement and intervened relationship. Research findings supported that the competence played a significant mediative effect upon soft skills and employability. Soft skills had a significant main effect upon employability. Nonetheless, only the professional skill had a significant effect upon employability. By increasing specialized knowledge and professional skill to improve the team spirit and communication skill may also strengthen the employability of pharmarceutical salespersons 林瑞發 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 89 zh-TW
