This study assessed the long-term sequential algae cultivation use for commercial operation cost, by simulating the way to enlarge the size of the photobioreactor and economic evaluation. In this study, Chlorella sp. which obtain from Fisheries Research Institute, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, use of an array of algae cultivation system to develop strategies to cultivate algae. By cultivate process is divided into pre-operation period, operating period, decommission period and benefit assessment of analyzes from 0.2 to 256 tons of scale cost how it happened. The result show that the PBR can continuously culture for 15 cycles, can harvest about 73 g algae powder every cycles. The use of chemical flocculation method can quickly and efficiently harvest algae, and harvest water directly back to the reactor. In the economic assessment, cost evaluation model to construct training equipment, evaluation results are shown in biofuel industry is not cost targets, and to target the high economic value of the product is quite feasible. 張振昌 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 145 zh-TW |
