In particular, it reached 96% among high school students. The purposes of this study were trying to understand whether teenagers’ cell phone consumption behaviors affected by demographic variables or parents’ attitudes;moreover, understood their purchase patterns. This study used both questionnaire survey and descriptive analysis as ways to collect data. The sample respondents were six graders from the elementary school, junior high and high school students from Taoyuan county public schools. The researcher developed a self-made “Teenager Awareness of Parents’ Attitude Questionnaire” and “Teenager Consumption Behavior Questionnaire”; 516 copies were sent, the return rate was 100%. 511 copies were valid, the valid rate was 99%; among those valid copies, 214 copies were returned by male students, 297 copies were female students. All data then were analyzed using the SPSS for Windows; followed by liability analysis, independent sample T-test, and one-variable ANOVA. The results were shown below: 1. Individual background variable has partial significant difference on teenagers’ cell phone consumption behaviors. 2. Individual background variable has partial significant difference. on Parents attitudes. 3. Parents Attitude has partial significant influence teenagers on cell phone consumption behaviors.
