Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === Abstract This study aimed to investigate the household registration office leadership style, relevance employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment, This study on Changhua County 26 Household Registration Office staff as an object. The number of personnel in July 2013 amounted to 302 people, less 26 Directors (head of the team) comes to 276 people, and with total valid samples of 214 samples. This study used questionnaires; data obtained were analyzed with SPSS’s reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and regression analysis, statistical analysis methods to verify the relevant assumptions. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The leadership style has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. (1)Transformational leadership style has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. (2)Transactional leadership style has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. 2. Leadership style and organizational commitment has a positive impact. (1)Transformational leadership style and organizational commitment has a positive impact. (2)Transactional leadership style and organizational commitment has a positive impact. 3. Job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment.
