Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === In this study, we investigated the effects of individual-level and group-level authentic leadership on employee voice behavior. We further examined the mediated effects of individual-level and group-level social well-being on the relationship between authentic leadership and employee voice behavior. Data for this study were collected from a sample of 354 subordinate–supervisor dyads working in 62 departments. Results of multilevel analyses showed that individual-level and group-level authentic leadership was positively related to employee voice behavior. We further found that the causal relationship between individual-level authentic leadership and voice behavior was mediated by individual-level social well-being. Implications of the current study and directions for future research are discussed.
