Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === In this study, we aimed to examine the individual-level relationships among abusive supervision, team cohesiveness, ethical climate and group potency. We further investigated the effects of unit-level group potency and individual-level group potency on antisocial behavior. Data for this study were collected from a sample of 387 subordinate–supervisor dyads working in 76 departments. Results of multilevel analyses showed that the relationship between abusive supervision and individual-level group potency was mediated by team cohesiveness and ethical climate. We further found that antisocial behavior was influenced by individual-level and unit-level group potency. Implications of the current study and directions for future research are discussed.
