The population includes 31 elementary schools in Miaoli County, whereby 302 teachers were sampled and 289 survey were retrieved, successful survey is 95.7%. The questionnaire data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and Multiple stepwise regression. The results are as follows: 1.Currently, Miaoli County elementary school teacher’s integration of IT into conduct of teachings and influence factors are assessed at a medium-high level. Miaoli County elementary school teachers “overall IT integration into conduct of teachings” weekly practice frequency mode is at “6 to 10 sessions”, the field of study mode is “language”, the equipment used mode is “single gun projectors”, IT integration stage highest average score is “Teaching Evaluation”, influence factors highest average score is “environmental factors”. 2. Within the variables for Miaoli County elementary teachers attributes, “gender”, “years of service”, “highest education”, “position” and “school scale” have significant variances in IT integration into conduct of teachings. The different “age group” has no significant variance. 3. Within the variables for Miaoli County elementary teachers attributes, teachers in different “position” has significant variances in the influencing factors of IT integration into conduct of teachings. Different “gender”, “age group”, “years of service”, “highest education” and “school scale” have no significant variances. 4. There is a high degree of correlation in Miaoli County elementary teacher’s IT integration into conduct of teachings’ status and influence factors. 5. Miaoli County elementary school teachers has the ability to predict the influencing factors and status of IT integration into conduct of teachings, specifically “teacher level” has the best ability to predict the current status and different levels of impact in terms of overall IT integration into conducts of teaching.
