However, little study is conducted to examine the relationship between job crafting and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). Therefore, the aim of this study is to clarify this relationship. Management practices and recommendations for future research are provided. Useing the purposive sampling, questionnaires were used to select survey of the multinational business employees. Totally 350 questionnaires were issued and 269 valid samples were returned, resulting in a valid return rate of 76.85%. Through the hierarchical regression analysis, empirical data showed that job crafting is positively associated with OCB for the Multinational business employees.
