The results of this study may be utilized as a reference to reflect the importance of physical fitness activity curriculums for physical educational groups or fitness related organizations. This study used reference-based questionnaires as the quantification. Questionnaires were given out to targeted respondents of grade five and grade six students in Hsinhu elementary schools. A total of 390 questionnaires were effectively returned. The data analysis of this study was based on descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way repeated measures ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. After the data analysis was completed, some results were reflected as follows: 1. Motivation to participate level was moderately high and the score of Health Fitness was highest. Satisfactory level was also moderately high and the score of Peer Relationship was the highest. 2. Male, liked sports or had ever got fitness medals students were with high participating motivation levels. Male and liked sports students were more satisfied with physical fitness activity. 3.
