Schools have shifted their main focus from students’ further education to the vocational license-obtaining rate, hence vocational education has gradually draw a lot of attention in the field of modern education. In today's education policy and curriculum design specification of the technical and vocational education, skills teaching hours per week on average only about 6-9 hours, while the actual teaching in a real situation, teachers can only use their own classroom practicum and additional spare time to strengthen students' exercises and training, therefore, to learn how to stimulate the intrinsic behavior of the students, and the students identify the most effective teaching styles and classroom environment where students were familiar with the test environment to improve test pass rate is in this study the main topics. Therefore, by applying survey questionnaires, this research discussed the student’s learning behaviors, teacher’s teaching patterns, and studying environment in the class as three influence factors on students passing skill tests. Based on the results, there are also suggestions and adjustments provided in this research. Questionnaire is used as the research method. 385 questionnaires were collected and analyzed on t-test and regression analysis. The results showed that students because of gender, class, graduation planning and education level of parents of different backgrounds and learning behavior patterns of teaching and learning environment has produced a significant difference, but not because of the gender patterns of teaching different variables produce significant differences; student learning behavior, the teacher' s teaching style and the learning environment in the classroom learning the skills test showing the correlation between above average; student learning behavior, the teacher's teaching style and the learning environment in the classroom for learning has a significant impact.
