To investigate the relationship between peer bullying case differences, emotional intelligence on the difference between the force of peer relations, and related emotional intelligence and bullying behavior. and the predictability based on bullying behavior and emotional intelligence, peer relationship was further analyzed. The study was conducted through the questionnaire-survey method. Subjects were 948 adolescent students from the central region of Taiwan. The questionnaires were evaluated by three instruments, Emotional Intelligence Scale, Questionnaire of Social Status and Bully Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by means of t test , Chi-square test , ANOVA analysis ,Pearson’s Correlation, Discriminant analysis and Multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: (a) There were significant differences in the different background variables of the elementary school and junior high school students concerning emotional intelligence, peer relationship and bullying behavior. (b) There were significant differences between peer relationship and bullying behaviors.(c) Emotional Intelligence group differences on peer relationships power is low. (d)There were significant correlations in terms of emotional intelligence and bullying behavior (e) Emotional intelligence and peer relationship could significantly predict bullying behavior. The suggests for students, school, and future researchers were made according to the results in the study.
