Also discuss curing parameter influence of deformation value on the curve composite shell. The carbon fiber composite parts usually occurred distortions after curing and cooling to room temperature such as spring in, spring back caused by material properties, environmental factors, and process parameter etc. In addition to those defects, also the curved shaped didn’t conform the origins, residual stress were observed. So carry out the study of compensative die to solve the problems and try to reduce the deviation. In this research, the commercial Finite Element Method (FEM) analytical software ANSYS was adopted and developed predicted system to simulate the distortion of composite curve shell models in APDL language. The parameters of simulate include radius of curvature, thickness of shell, temperature change and laminate angle, further summary trends to predict material behavior and be a reference for compensative die design. Finally, the saddle parts were made to compare with the FEM results and to verify the accuracy and feasibility of this analysis model. The research results show that predict system could provide related industries develop optimal dies. Moreover the compensative dies were used that could make better parts and save more time and reduce costs. Wang,Jean-Shyan 王正賢 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 83 zh-TW |
