Description
Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 102 === The quality of public construction projects has been improved since the Public Construction Commission announced the construction quality management regulations in the early of 2000s. However, it seems many deficiencies such as the honeycombed concrete that were repeated in many construction projects. It was reported that the repeated deficiencies were caused by the inappropriate designs of quality-inspection checklists. As a result, it is necessary to realize the practice of quality inspection in construction sites and therefore to improve the designs of those quality-inspection checklists. This study aims to check the concrete construction operations (including concrete pouring, steel bars assembling, and wood form assembling) to understand their practices of quality inspection in construction site and propose a revised procedures of the incorrect quality inspection. Several more accurate quality-inspection checklists for concrete construction operations are proposed. A real construction project is used to verify the possibility of using the proposed checklists. It is conclude that the new quality-inspection checklists can further improve the effects of concrete construction management.
